FOR THE MOMENT ships Australia wide and uses Australia Post as its main postal service. At times (depending on your order size and weight) we may use Sendle. Both services have a tracking number that will be provided to you once your order is shipped.

Generally, items do take 3-5 business days for you to receive your order. Regional areas do generally take 3-10 business days. Please take this into account when placing your order as we do have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks for personalised items and 2-3 business days for non-personalised hampers.
